摘要
学习倦怠、专业承诺状况以及两者之间的关系能够客观地反映学生的学习心理。以高职院校为调研对象,对高职学生的学习倦怠和专业承诺以及两者的关系进行调查分析,客观地反映当前高职学生学习倦怠和专业承诺的现状,提出搭建学业规划平台、建立"全员育人"的学业辅导团队、创新学业辅导方式等改善高职大学生学习倦怠的建议。
Taking the higher vocational colleges as the research objects,this paper investigates and analyzes the learning burnout,professional commitment and the relationship between them,reflects the current situation of the learning burnout and professional commitment objectively,and puts forward the suggestions for the purpose of improving students' learning burnout situation from the following aspects: building the academic planning platform,setting up the academic counseling team with the concept of "all-around education",and innovating the academic counseling modes.
