摘要
尊重个体差异、关注学生发展的个性化教育已成为世界各国教育改革的共同趋向。然而我国长期以来的教育评价制度存在着一种唯分数至上的缺陷,过于整齐划一的评价已不能适应个性化教育的要求,需要与之匹配的以尊重学生个体差异为基础、评价方式多元化、以促进学生个性发展为追求的个性化评价机制。无论从教育本质、培养高质量人才的需要,还是从教育公平的层面来探究,个性化评价应当成为教育改革的必然追求。
The individualized education which respects individual differences and pays attention to the development of students has become a common trend of educational reform all over the world. However,for a long time,the system of education evaluation in our country has focused on grades. The standardized evaluation modes are unable to adapt to the requirement of individualized education. The individualized evaluation should be on the basis of respecting students' individual differences,and the evaluation modes are diversified in order to promote the development of the students' personality. No matter from the essence of education,the need of cultivating high quality talents,or from the educational equity,the individualized evaluation should be the inevitable pursuit of educational reform.
