当代大学生党员理想信念现状及对策研究

Study on the Current Situation of Contemporary College Student Party Members' Beliefs and the Corresponding Countermeasures

高校是思想政治教育的重要阵地,大学生党员是实现中华民族伟大复兴进程中的重要力量,崇高的理想与坚定的信念是每一位优秀大学生党员所应具备的品质。但是改革开放以来,随着经济与社会的飞跃式发展,当代大学生党员的理想信念出现新情况、新的特点,给高校学生党建工作提出新的课题。通过对辽宁大学150名学生党员(含预备党员)的调查,发现当代大学生党员的理想信念总体依旧是积极向上的,但是也存在职业理想、生活理想和思想道德理想较为缺失的问题。基于对影响大学生党员理想信念的四种主要因素分析提出提升大学生理想信念的对策建议。

The college is the important position for ideological and political education and the party members of college students are the main force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Also,the lofty ideals and firm beliefs are the essential qualities for every excellent college student party member. However,since the reform and opening-up policy with the rapid development of economy and society,new features of the ideals and beliefs have brought out for college student party members. This paper has a research on 150 student party members( including pro-party members) in Liaoning university,finds that most of the ideals and beliefs still keep positive and healthy although there exist some problems such as in the part of professional ideals,life value,and ideological and moral concept,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the following four main factors like individuality,family,college and society to promote student party members’ ideals and beliefs.
