我国大学生创业政策的分析与展望

Analysis and Prospect on the Entrepreneurship Policy of Chinese University Students

创业政策影响创业者的创业积极性、创业可行性和创业成功率。目前,我国处于大学生创业政策的尴尬期,即制定政策的巨大投入与政策适用群体的受益体验不佳存在矛盾。通过整理和分析二十年来我国大学生创业政策的发展变化和各阶段特点,从宏观把握大学生创业的发展情况,为进一步制定相关政策提供建议。创业政策的制定应突出大学生创业在整个创业群体中的优势,创业政策应鼓励创业行为与高等院校的专业相结合,创业政策的推广应发挥创业文化的作用,创业政策的推广途径应与时俱进。

The entrepreneurship policies have effect on the positivity,feasibility and success rate in the process of entrepreneurship.By arranging and analyzing the development and characteristics in different stages of college students’entrepreneurship policies in the past 20 years,this paper grasps the development situation from the macro perspective and offers suggestions for the further formulation of relevant policies.The formulation of entrepreneurship policies should highlight the advantages of college students’entrepreneurship in the whole group and encourage the combination of entrepreneurship behavior and the specialties in universities.The promotion of entrepreneurship polices should give play to the function of entrepreneurship culture and the generalized ways should keep up with the times.
