摘要 '课程思政'建设与'三全育人'是推进高校思想政治工作的重要手段和途径,同时也能够进一步完成和落实'立德树人'这一根本任务。但在具体实践中,'课程思政'与'三全育人'理念的贯彻面临着诸多难点,必须建立推进'课程思政'建设与完善'三全育人'的长效机制,从坚持'思政课程'的主体地位不动摇、提高福利待遇、构建科学的评价体系、建立培训制度、建立健全奖惩机制等方面入手,切实增强教师主动开展育人工作的意愿。 The construction of'ideological and political course'and'three-wide education'is the important way to promote ideological and political work in universities and further achieves the fundamental goal of morality education.However,in the process of practice,the implementation of'ideological and political course'and'three-wide education'faces many difficulties.We should build the long-term mechanism to promote the construction of'ideological and political course'and improve'three-wide education',and raise teachers’will of carrying out morality education actively by the way of persisting in the dominant position of'ideological and political course',raising welfare standards,constructing the scientific evaluation system,setting up training system,and building the perfect reward and punishment mechanism.
