阿尔茨海默病非人灵长类模型的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是老年人最常见的疾病,而实验动物模型研究的滞后是制约AD机制研究和药物开发的瓶颈之一。非人灵长类在AD的机制研究和药物开发等方面起着不可替代的重要作用。本文就动物模型的有关概况和最新进展进行了综述和评价,非人灵长类的自发和诱发的AD模型都能较全面地复制AD的各种病变,尽管造模方法还有待改进和优化,但已显示出良好的应用前景和开发价值。
