保健食品中钙分析质量控制评价方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究保健食品功效成分检测实验室的钙分析质量控制的评价方法。方法 应用基于分析结果正态分布的z-值(z-score)质量控制评价方法对全国25个保健食品功能成分检测实验室的钙分析质量进行评价。结果 结果显示25个实验室中,有23个实验室的结果可以满足要求。结论 利用z-值质量控制评价方法直观、简便的特点,应用于分析质量控制中,可以取得较好的效果。 Objective To study the evaluation method of quality control of calcium analysis among health food efficacy component testing laboratories. Methods Quality control method of z-score based on normal distribution was employed. Results The test result revealed that 23 of the total 25 laboratories met the standard. Conclusion With characteristics of being simple and convenient, z-score method can lie efficiently applied in quality control.
