派生特尔菲法在制定《高血压防治基层实用规范》中的应用

Application of Derivative Dolphe Method in the Constitution of Practice Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension for Primary Care Physicians

目的评估《高血压防治基层实用规范(草案)》的必要性、科学性和可行性。方法采用派生特尔菲法以匿名方式通过函询,征求全国相关领域50位专家的意见。结果(1)问卷总回收率90%。(2)关于必要性的6道题中有5道题评分的算术均数在4分以上(满分为5分,下同),标准差波动在0.51～1.05之间,变异系数波动在0.11～0.30之间。(3)关于科学性和合理性的28道问题中有25道问题评分的算术均值在4分以上,界于合理和非常合理之间;其余3道问题的均值在3.5到4之间,标准差均不大。专家的变异系数波动在0.17～0.35之间。(4)关于可行性的问题中,有5道问题的得分均值低于4,变异系数在0.21～0.33之间。结论专家对绝大多数问题给予了肯定回答,并有较高的一致性,表明《规范(草案)》中所涉及的绝大部分内容的必要性和科学性得到了全国同行专家的认可。

Objective To evaluate the necessity,scientificity,and feasibility of the d rafted Practice Guid-elines on Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension for Pri mary Care Physicians.Methods Derivative Dolphe Method was used to collect the responses from50experts in hypertension or related fields within the nation.A n evaluation score of1to5was given to each item for selection,1for highly di sagreed and5for highly agreed.The mean,standard deviation(SD)and coefficien t of variance(CV)of the scores were calculated.Results(1)90%experts re sponded to the evaluation sheet.(2)The mean score were above4for the five o ut of the six items related to necessity,the SD varied from0.51to1.05 ,and the CV from0.11to0.30.(3)Among the28items related to scient ificity and rationality,the mean score was above4for25items and was between 3.5and4for other three items.The CV was generally lower than0.35.(4 )Among the seven items related to feasibility,the mean score for five of them was lower than4,and the CV varied from0.21to0.33.Conclusion The resu lts indicate that the necessity and scientificity of the most content of the gu idelines are confirmed by the invited experts.
