摘要
学术界当前在就业质量的概念层次、考察范畴、测量指标及适用范围等方面存在较大分歧,究其本质在于对就业质量的概念内涵缺乏基本共识。本文认为,就业质量是个人层次的概念,考察范畴应聚焦于劳动者的劳动过程,考察内容应为劳动者基本需要的满足状况。基于以上认识,联系多亚尔和高夫的需要理论和森的能力论,本文将就业质量定义为劳动者的基本需要在劳动过程中能够得到满足的程度,并提出就业质量包括6个初级维度和13个次级维度。
There are some controversies among academics on job quality(JQ) research,especially on the hierarchy of the concept,the scope of the concept,and the nature and application of the measurement Such debates have revealed that there is little consensus on the connotation of the concept of JQ.This article suggests that the concept of JQ belongs to the individual level and should be focused on the labor process,and the content of JQ that should be explored is the satisfaction of the basic needs for a worker.Therefore,according to Amatya Sen's Capability Theory and the Theory of Human Needs proposed by Len Doyal and Ian Gough,this article defines the concept of JQ as the extent to which a worker's basic needs could be satisfied during labor process,and lists 6 primary dimensions and 13 secondary indicators of JQ.
