摘要
本文采用社会交换的理论视角,以调查问卷的数据为依据,运用线性结构方程模型分析了物质性报酬和社会性报酬对员工参与的影响效应。研究发现,在控制了个体的年龄、教育等条件下,经济收入、保障性报酬和社会性报酬均对员工参与具有显著性影响。
From the perspective of social exchange theory,this paper focuses mainly on the effects of material rewards and social rewards on employee's organizational participation.Based on the data of 4442 survey questionnaires,an analysis of linear structural equation model shows that income level,economic security and social reward are significantly related to the participation of employees,followed by futher implications.
