社会交换论视角下志愿者中断服务的影响因素研究——基于北京师范大学学生志愿者的一项调查

A Social Exchange Perspective on Factors Affecting Volunteers' Service Interruption:Based on a survey on students in Beijing Normal University

本研究在社会交换论视角下分析志愿者中断服务的影响因素,使用一项北京师范大学的"大学生志愿者的挫折反应及对策调查"数据,描述大学生志愿者中断服务的比例和原因,并采用二元logistic模型进行回归分析,发现志愿者服务组织的基本能力、志愿者服务组织对志愿者和服务对象的服务态度及服务效果等方面的因素对志愿者中断服务有显著影响。组织因素是志愿者中断服务的关键影响因素。

Using the data gathered by the 'Student Volunteers' Setback and Interruption Survey' conducted in Beijing Normal University,this paper analyzed the service interruption of student volunteers from a social exchange perspective.After describing the proportion and causes of volunteers' service interruption,this paper applied a binary logistic regression analysis and identified 14 factors having significant effect on volunteers' service interruption.Among them,12 factors were closely related to basic ability,attitude and managerial effectiveness of the voluntary organizations,which directly influence the maintenance of social exchange relation.
