摘要
目的 :建立一种快速测定护肝片中五味子乙素含量的方法。方法 :采用超声波提取法代替《中国药典》方法中的索氏器提取法制备供试品溶液 ,再用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果 :平均回收率 =98.5 %,相对标准偏差 (RSD) =(n =5 )。结论 :本实验方法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可作为该制剂含量测定的方法。
Objective:To determine the γ-schizandrin in hugan tablet rapidly.Methods:Preparing the samples solution with ultrasonic extraction instead of Suoshi extraction to determine the content by HPLC.Result:The average recovery of sample was 98.5% and RSD was 0.97%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for determination of γ-schizandrin in hugan tablet.
