锁骨外侧端不稳定粉碎性骨折的治疗

Treatment of unstable comminuted fracture of the distal clavicle

目的 :介绍一种锁骨骨折外侧端不稳定性骨折的类型及其治疗方法。方法 :9例锁骨外侧端不稳定性骨折采用螺丝钉锁骨喙突固定。结果 :随访 6～ 18月 ,无畸形愈合、延迟愈合及不愈合 ,患肢功能恢复良好。无血管神经损伤。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,损伤小 ,疗效好 ,是治疗这种锁骨外侧不稳定性粉碎性骨折的良好方法。

Objective: To introduce a special type of unstable fracture of the distal clavicle and method of treatment Methods: 9 cases of unstable comminuted fracture of the distal clavicle were treated with a screw fixation between distal clavicle and processus coracoideus Results: 9 cases were followed up from 6 to 18 months Nobody was found to appear delayed union or nonunion The functions of the patients upper limbs were good Conclusion: This method is simple and good in treating the unstable comminuted fracture of the distal clavicle
