摘要
目的 :寻找理想的蛇床子有效成份的提取方法。方法 :改进经典的提取方法 ,并采用荧光薄层析谱检测提取物进行方法学评价。结果 :蛇床子总香豆素得率为 6 72 % ,蛇床子总香豆素中主要成份蛇床子素含量达到15 2 6 %。结论 :采用本文方法提取的蛇床子有效成份得率较高 ,提取方法可靠 ,能有效地利用蛇床子药材资源 。
Objective: To look for the ideal method for the extracts of active constituents from the fruits of Cnidium Monnieri (L ) Cusson Methods: The classical extractive method is improved The extracts are identified by fluorescence thin layer chromatography and calculated by methodology Results: the yield of total Courmarin in Cnidium Monnieri (L ) Cussois 6 72% and the osthol is up to 15 26% in total Courmarin Conclusion: The yield of active constituents is very high by this means and the method is reliable, so that we can make full use of Cnidium Monnieri (L ) Cussons medicinal resource and assure Chinese traditional medicine preparation
