大学生孤独、抑郁情绪状况及其相互关系研究

A study of relationship between the loneliness and depressive emotion of college students

目的 :了解大学生孤独与抑郁情绪状况。认识孤独与抑郁情绪的关系 ,探讨孤独感产生的基础。方法 :采用状态与特质性孤独量表和抑郁自评量表 (SDS)对 16 1名大学生进行了评定。结果 :情感状态孤独因子得分与情感特质孤独因子得分均为男性高于女性 (P <0 0 5 )。相关分析显示 :抑郁量表得分与孤独量表中总分及各因子均呈正相关。抑郁量表总分显著高于全国常模 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :大学生孤独感、抑郁情绪问题较普遍。孤独与抑郁情绪密切相关。孤独感的产生与孤独素质有关。

Objective:To understand the relationship between the loneliness and depressive emotion,and to explore the loneliness and its background Methods: A total of 161 college students were assessed by state-trait loneliness scale(S-TLS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS) Result: The scores of emotive loneliness both in state scale and trait scale in male were higher than those in female(P<0 05) There were positive correlated among the total score and factor scores of loneliness and depression scale The total score of depressive scale is higher than that in norm of Chinese youth(P<0 001) Conclusion: Loneliness and depressive emotion are very common among college students Loneliness is related to depressive emotion
