氟西丁治疗抑郁性神经症

The clinical study of Fluoxetine in treatment of Depressive Neurosis

目的 :探讨氟西丁治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效和不良反应。方法 :采用门诊方式 ,非对照研究。入组10 0例均符合CCMD - 2 -R抑郁性神经症诊断标准 ,服药剂量每日 10 - 2 0mg ,用HAMD量表在治疗前和治疗后每周末判定疗效。用TESS量表在治疗 1周、4周后评定不良反应。结果 :总有效率达 90 %以上 ,不良反应较少且轻微 ,主要有头昏、恶心、厌食、乏力和焦虑等。结论 :小剂量的氟西丁治疗抑郁性神经症有较好的疗效 ,不良反应轻微、药物的依从性好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and side effect of fluoxetine in treatment of Depressive neurosis Method:Hamilton Depression scale and Treatment Emengent symptom scale was used to assess the efficacy and side effect of fluoxetine in the reatment of 100 depressive neurosis out-patient that met CCMD-2-R Result:The efficacy is 90 percent above there is little and slight side effect,including dizzy nausea fatigue anxiety and so on Conclusion:Low dosage of fluoxetine have good efficacy,low rate side effect and good compliance intrentment of Depressive Neurosis
