摘要
面对日趋激烈的竞争环境,如何提高科研项目的管理水平、提升竞争力是各级管理者都必须面对的课题。科研项目实施过程质量控制的必要性长期以来都不被引起重视,往往都是追求最终的成果奖励。本文基于ISO9001:2015体系,提出科研项目全周期过程中以质量控制为核心,分别阐述了立项、研究过程、审查、验收及归档阶段的重要性、必要性和可行性,对后续科学研究工作的合理化管理有一定的指导意义。
Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment, how to improve the management level of scientific research project、promote their competitive force which all managers must face subject. The necessity of scientific research project implementation process quality control have not be caused take seriously for a long time, rewards are often the pursuit of the ultimate achievements. The article based on ISO9001:2015 system, put forward quality control is the core of scientific projects in all process, expoundsthe importance ;necessity;feasibility of set up the project、 research process、check and accept、pigeonhole. For subsequent scientific research work has a certain guiding significance to the rationalization of management.
