Releasing Stuck Practice for Testing Blanking Plug in an ESP Well

通过钢丝作业方式对潜油电泵井进行生产测试时,需要使用测试堵塞器堵塞潜油电泵Y型生产管柱的工作筒,测试堵塞器与工作筒密封不严会影响测试效果,堵塞器过盈量过大影响堵塞器的坐入和起出。通过对某潜油电泵井测试堵塞器遇卡与解卡过程的分析,提出了测试堵塞器遇卡的原因及解决方法,总结了测试堵塞器使用过程中应该注意的事项,有利于指导钢丝作业过程中测试堵塞器的使用,也为处理类似堵塞器遇卡问题提供了借鉴。

Testing blanking plug is used to plug the Y type working barrel of the electrical submersible pump (ESP) well when production logging is being carried out by the way of slick-line operation. The testing results will be affected if the testing blanking plug is not tightly sealed in the working barrel, on the contrary, too tight coupling will affect the operation of installing or pulling out testing blanking plug. According to the analysis on the process of testing blanking plug getting stuck and releasing stuck, the reason why the testing blanking plug was got stuck and how to solve this problem are proposed, besides, the matters what should be paid attention to are summarized, which is conducive to guiding the use of the testing blanking plug during slick-line operation and providing the reference for dealing with similar plug sticking problem.
