天然气管输质量指标及其标准化体系研究

摘要 本文从天然气管输质量包括气体本身质量、管输过程损耗质量、管输系统安全可靠性质量为一体的大质量角度出发,建立天然气管输质量指标体系。在此基础上,构建气体质量标准化、管输损耗控制标准化、管输安全可靠性标准化的标准化体系,以此确保天然气管输质量的高规格、高要求。
