摘要
海底管道通球清管是海上油气田海管完整性管理要求的常规作业。快开式收发球装置具有操作方便的特点,在海上油气田广泛应用,但快开式收球装置存在收球筒卡球的隐患,影响油气田的安全生产。通过对快开式收球装置结构和海底管道通球过程进行分析,找到了一种解决收球筒卡球的工艺优化方案,可以从根本上消除收球筒卡球隐患。该工艺优化方案具有通用性,可以为收球筒的建造和改造提供参考。
Sphere pigging for submarine pipeline is the routine work in offshore oil and gas fi eld which is therequirement of integritymanagement. The quick-opening pig receiver is widely used in offshore oil and gas fi elds because of the characteristic of convenient operation, however, the hidden danger of the quick-opening pig receiver will affectthe production safety of oil and gas fi elds.According to the analysis of the quick-opening pig receiver's structure and the process of sphere pigging for submarine pipeline, a process optimization scheme is proposed which can eliminate the hidden trouble of the pig receiver. The optimization scheme is universal, which can provide reference for the construction and reconstruction of the pig receiver.
