成都地区151例健康成人血清HDL亚类组成的研究

目的 研究健康成人 HDL亚类组成的相对含量及年龄、性别对 HDL亚类组成的影响。方法 采用双相电泳 -免疫印迹法分析了 15 1例健康成人血清 preβ- HDL及α- HDL各亚类含量。结果 健康成人血清 preβ1 -HDL、preβ2 - HDL、HDL3c、HDL3b、HDL3a、HDL2 a与 HDL2 b含量分别为 6 .11%、4 .74 %、5 .97%、11.70 %、2 0 .2 7%、2 1.85 %和 2 9.19%。随年龄增长 ,健康成人血清中 preβ1 - HDL含量逐渐升高 ,HDL2 b含量逐渐降低 ,其中男性 5 0～5 9岁和≥ 6 0岁组 ,女性≥ 6 0岁组 preβ1 - HDL含量显著高于 <4 0岁组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;男性及女性 5 0～ 5 9岁和≥ 6 0岁组 HDL2 b含量显著低于 <4 0岁组 (P<0 .0 1)。女性血清中 preβ1 - HDL含量较男性显著降低 ,而 HDL2 b含量显著升高(P<0 .0 1)。相关分析发现 ,健康成人血清中 preβ1 - HDL含量与 BMI、年龄及 TG水平呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,HDL2 b含量与年龄 (P<0 .0 1)、TG水平 (P<0 .0 5 )、apo B10 0水平 (P<0 .0 5 )呈显著负相关 ,与 HDL - C水平呈显著正相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 随着年龄的增长 ,健康成人血清 HDL 亚类颗粒呈逐渐变小的趋势 ,且男性 HDL 颗粒较女性小 。

Objective To investigate the components of subclasses of serum HDL in healthy adults and the impact of age and gender on these components. Methods The components of subclasses of serum HDL in 151 healthy adults were determined by two dimensional gel electrophoresis associated with immunodetection method. Results The average concentration of preβ 1 HDL, preβ 2 HDL, HDL 3c , HDL 3b , HDL 3a , HDL 2a , and HDL 2b were 6.11%, 4.74%, 5.97%, 11.70%, 20.27%, 21.85%, and 29.19%, respectively. The preβ 1 HDL increased with age, whereas the HDL 2b decreased. The components of preβ 1 HDL in men over 50 and women over 60 were significantly greater than those of the same gender who were younger than 40, while the components of HDL 2b in both men and women over 50 decreased compared to those of the same gender who were younger than 40. The component of preβ 1 HDL was significantly greater in men than in women, but it was reversed for HDL 2b . The preβ 1 HDL increased with the body mass index, age, and the concentration of TG. The HDL 2b decreased with age and the concentrations of TG and apoB100. Conclusion With the increase of age, there is a general shift toward smaller sized HDL, which indicates that the reverse cholesterol transport might be weakened. Men has smaller particle size than women.
