对自由贸易试验区内知识产权海关保护制度的思考

A Discussion on IPR Customs Protection in Pilot Free Trade Zone

全球贸易格局正在改变,中国自身的改革和发展已刻不容缓。自贸试验区正是在这种情况下建立,在为发展提供动力的同时,也带来一系列值得思考的新课题,包括知识产权海关保护制度。本文透过自贸试验区可能涉及的知识产权海关保护问题,提出解决措施,不仅有利于自贸试验区内贸易的健康发展,也有利于塑造我国积极主动同国际接轨保护知识产权的良好形象。

With the evolution of global trade pattern,the reform and development of Chinese economy has become an urgent task.Established in the very circumstance,pilot free trade zone(FTZ)will provide momentum for the economic development and bring a series of new issues to be considered such as Customs protection of IPR.This paper discusses the potential problems which may be encountered in the Customs protection of IPR in the pilot FTZ and recommend the corresponding solutions,which may contribute to the sound development of trade in the pilot FTZ and the positive image of our country to proactively integrate into the international practice in IPR protection.
