EU and Free Trade Agreement

新加坡、美国、加拿大、日本与经济强大伙伴的自贸协定计划日益增多。2013年9月,欧盟委员会贸易总司在其网站上公布了欧盟与新加坡自贸协定的全文。这一新协定将是继欧盟与韩国协定之后欧盟与亚洲贸易伙伴签署的第二个重大协定。此外,欧盟也在争取与许多其他国家达成自贸协定,比如2013年开始的与美国的谈判,以及2014年开始的欧盟加拿大自贸协定全文的最后定稿工作。以下的论文兼顾了截至2015年3月的谈判情况。

The article deals with the existing and planned free trade agreements of the European Union.In its first part,it shows the structure of the rules of origin in the planned free trade agreement between the EU and Singapore and compares those rules with already existing rules of origin in other EU free trade agreements.In its second part,the article gives an overview of the existing free trade agreements.In its third part,the article shows the current free trade negotiations with potential partner countries(for example the USA and Canada)and illustrates the challenges resulting from these negotiations.
