天津石化培训中心以搭建专业培训体系框架为基础,明确了专业培训基地构建的目标和内容,分阶段有重点地进行了专业培训基地构建的具体实践,取得了良好的效果。
Based on the development of a specialized training system and framework, the Training Center of SINOPEC Tianjin Oil Products Company clearly defined the objectives and elements of building a specialized training base, and put the conception into practice in a phased and prioritized manner, with satisfactory results.
