摘要
成人学习具有以问题为中心、以经验为起点、以学员为资源和以自我为导向的特点。基于这些特点,应将提高解决实际问题的能力作为目标指向,立足实践挖掘学员经验和潜能,营造积极的学习氛围。
Adult learners are usually problem-centered and self-oriented; they also tend to start from their own experience as well as view their fellow trainees as a resource to draw upon. Based on these characteristics, adult training should aim at improving trainees’ ability to solve practical problems, tap their experience and potential based on practice, and create a positive learning atmosphere.
