Design and Development of the Platform for Training Resources Management

本文阐述了培训资源管理平台设计,介绍了资源管理平台的总体框架结构及主要功能,并提出了实现方法,以求解决培训资源管理缺乏统一平台和资源共享等问题,达到资源在各部门的互联互通,促进培训质量的提高。

This paper describes the design of the platform for training resources management, introduces the platform’s overall framework and main functions, and proposes the implementation pathway, in an effort to solve the lack of a unified platform for resource-sharing in training resources management. The goal is to enable resources to freely flow among all training sectors and to thus promote training quality.
