摘要
本文着重探讨了构建国有企业良好舆论环境的路径,主要从文化建设、危机公关和新媒体平台建设三个方面入手进行了详细了论述,认为国有企业当前应该加强企业文化建设以塑造良好企业形象;有效应对危机以维护良好舆论环境;善用新媒体、搭建多种沟通渠道。
The paper is concerned with the paths to a favorable public opinion environment for state-owned enterprises, which are elaborated from the three aspects of culture construction, crisis management and building of new media platforms. The paper proposes that state-owned enterprises should currently enhance corporate culture construction to create a good image, take effective measures to deal with crisis to maintain a favorable public opinion environment, and make good use of new media to build a variety of communication channels, so as to ensure development in today's complex media environment.
