Bidding in International oil and gas projects involves complex legal relations, and faces huge risks. Identification and effective prevention of the legal risks are the primary problems legal and business personnel face. The author, utilizing his experience in international oil and gas bidding as well as through analysis of identification and evaluation of the pre-bidding legal risks, offers some risk prevention measures in the bidding process as reference for relevant legal and business personnel .
