摘要
学用转化效率低是目前培训界公认难以解决的问题,这主要和学员应用动机、应用能力、应用环境以及培训管理流程有关。本文借鉴学习与发展项目6D法则的理念和做法,探索解决学用转化效率低问题的有效途径。将6D法则理念做法在培训项目中进行了实践应用,结果表明对学用转化效果的提升具有一定的效果。
As far as learning transfer is concerned, low efficiency is widely regarded as a difficult problem to solve in the training sector, which is mainly influenced by the application motivations, capabilities and environments of trainees as well as the training management process adopted. The paper borrows the ideas from Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning to explore effective ways to address the low efficiency of learning transfer. The application of the theory of 6Ds in some training programs has proven to be of some value in improving the results of learning transfer.
