摘要 为了做好企业技能操作人才队伍的培训,设计和实践了以提高基层员工综合素质技能为重点,以基层员工为主要培训对象,以培养企业兼职讲师和开发标准统一的培训课程为依托的加气站基层员工技能操作混合式培训项目。在加气站基层员工岗位技能混合式培训中,紧紧围绕岗位工作特性,运用多种培训形式,增强员工技能操作能力,改进员工服务水平,为提高企业的市场竞争能力提供了基础保障。 The design and implementation of the Blended Training Program for Enhancing Operating Skills of Gas Station Staff is aimed at training grass roots employees, focusing on improving their overall qualities as well as relying on cultivating part time trainers for the company and developing training courses with unified standards. The training is oriented around the specific job requirements of the trainees and utilizes various training modes to enhance their operating skills and improve the services they provide to the customers, thus providing the basis for further enhancing the company's competiveness in the market.
