摘要
本文探讨了互动式培训的理论依据与基本特点,总结了互动式培训在实际应用中存在的问题,从四个方面对如何提高互动式教学效果提出了一些建议,以期对推动这样一种新型的、行之有效的教学方式起到积极的影响和催化作用。
The paper discusses the theory basis and fundamental characteristics of interactive training, outlines the problems that exist in the practical application of interactive training, and puts forward some suggestions from four aspects on how to improve the effectiveness of interactive teaching in the hope that they can be of some positive value and a catalyst to the development of this new effective teaching method.
