摘要 通过顶层设计法律人才队伍培养制度和政策,让法律人员参加合同谈判、诉讼纠纷处理、国际化业务进行实战锻炼,通过"专家小组"攻关研究专项法律课题、持续进行职业培训、开展技能比武等渠道和途径,不拘一格培育和选拔法律人才,为全面推进依法治企提供保障。 By designing legal personnel nurturing systems and policies from top level, legal staff were given the chance to participate in contract negotiations, litigation process and real-life operations involving international business, and through ways and approaches such as assigning an 'expert team' to work on special legal issues, continuously providing vocational training and organizing skills contests, legal personnel were nurtured and selected without overstressing qualifications, providing support for the company's effort to fully promote management according to law.
