摘要
燕山石化培训中心从2012年开始全面推行混合式培训,聚焦问题核心点,实施递进管理;规范流程,实施系统化"混合"设计;从"实"出发,实施四个混合层次的有效融合,取得了良好的效果。
The Training Center of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company has been fully implementing blended training since 2012. The practices include focusing on core issues with a step-by-step management process; standardizing procedures and systematically designing the contents for the 'blending'; proceeding from the actual situation and effectively integrating the four levels of blending.
