摘要
企业只有适应时代的要求,不断变革才能获得生存和发展。本文以海尔集团为例,运用组织行为学的理论,从调整组织战略、完善组织结构、提高人力资源水平、营造积极互动文化氛围四个方面,探求了组织变革的实施策略。
A company can only survive and enjoy development if it keeps abreast of the times and constantly carries out reforms. Taking Haier Group as the example, the paper applies the organizational behavior theory to discuss the strategies for implementing organizational change from four aspects, i.e. adjusting the organizational strategy, improving the organizational structure, enhancing HR management and shaping a positive and interactive culture.
