关于党支部标准化规范化建设的几点思考

Thoughts on the Standardization and Normalization of Party Branches

基层党支部规范化、标准化建设,是从严治党向基层延伸的必然要求。支部书记能力素质不适应新时代新要求、支部工作融入中心工作深度不够、组织生活不够严肃、制度执行不够严格,是当前党支部工作存在的主要问题。本文从发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,推动世界一流能源化工公司战略目标实现的角度,提出了党支部组织设置、书记队伍建设、组织生活开展、党员活动室配置、党建工作体制机制运行等标准化、规范化建设的一些思路。

The standardization and normalization of grassroots Party branches is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the Party self-discipline in grassroots organizations. Main problems in the current work of the Party branch include the in-adaptive competences and qualities of the branch secretaries, the lack of deep integration of the branch work and the main work, the lack of seriousness in organizational life, and the lack of strict implementation of the rules. From the perspective of playing the role of Party branches as battle fortresses and promoting the realization of the strategic goal of becoming a world-class energy and chemical company, this paper puts forward several thoughts on the standardization and normalization of Party branch organizations, e.g. the organizational framework of the Party branch, construction of the Party Secretaries’ team, organizing the Party life, allocation of Party members’ activity rooms, operation of the Party-building mechanism, etc.
