本文结合中国石化党建工作实际,系统总结了中国石化贯彻落实中央全面从严治党要求,推动各级领导干部履行管党治党责任,落实党建工作责任制,推行党建工作"一岗双责"的方法途径和实践探索。

This article, based on SINOPEC Group’s practice in Party building, summarize the Group’s methods,approaches and exploration on implementing the requirement of the Central Party Committee to comprehensively strengthen Party discipline, driving leading cadres at all levels to fulfill Party-building responsibilities, implementing the responsibility mechanism of Party-building, and promoting the 'One Post Two Duties' mechanism in Party-building.
