摘要 目的 研究谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体 (GAD)在 Graves病中的检出及意义。方法 采用酶联免疫法及放射免疫法检测了初发尚未并发糖尿病的 Graves病患者治疗前后及正常对照组的 GAD抗体、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体 (TPOAb)、游离 T3(FT3)、游离 T4 (FT4 )的变化 ,并研究了 GAD抗体与 FT3、FT4 、TGA、TPOAb的关系。结果  GAD抗体与血清 FT3、FT4 水平的相关系数 r分别为 - 0 .36 7(P>0 .0 5 )、0 .0 2 9(P>0 .0 5 ) ,与血清 TGA、TPOAb的相关系数 r分别为 0 .32 0 (P>0 .0 5 )、0 .394 (P>0 .0 5 )。 Graves病治疗前后相比 GAD抗体、TGA、TPOAb、GAD抗体阳性率治疗后有下降趋势但无统计学差异。结论  GAD抗体与 Graves病相关 。 Objective To investigate the level and clinical implication of antibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase (GADAb) in patients with Graves disease. Methods ELISA and RIA were used to determine the levels of GADAb, thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb), thyroidperoxidase antibodies(TPOAb), free triiodothyronine(FT 3) and free thyroxine (FT 4) before and after treatment in the patients with Graves disease not yet complicated by diabetes mellitus and in the healthy volunteers as controls. Then the relations of GADAb to FT 3, FT 4, TGAb and TPOAb were detected. Results The correlation coefficients between GADAb and FT 3, FT 4 were -0.367 ( P > 0.05) and 0.029 ( P >0.05), respectively. The correlation coefficients between GADAb and titers of TGAb ,TPOAb were 0.320 ( P >0.05) and 0.394 ( P >0.05), respectively. The levels of GADAb, TGAb, TPOAb, and the ratio of patients with positive GADAb were reduced in the treated patients with Graves disease, but no significant difference was observed between the treated and untreated patients. Conclusion The above data indicated that GADAb was related to Graves disease, but no relation was seen between GADAb and thyroid function.
