摘要
微纳尺度泊肃叶流动特性的动量传递分析对于提升微纳机电系统的性能至关重要。目前,对于滑移边界条件下平板间流体的微纳尺度泊肃叶流动问题,传统的传递原理教学中缺乏相应的传递理论分析。本文从N-S方程出发,推导出微纳尺度泊肃叶流动的速度分布和流体流动阻力等动量传递规律,以丰富传递原理的教学内容。
It is of great importance to analyze momentum transfer of micro/nano-scale Poiseuille fluid to elevate performance of micro/nano-electromechanical systems.At present,in traditional teaching of transport principle,there is still lack of mathematical analysis for the system of micro/nano-scale Poiseuille fluid between two parallel plates with slip boundary conditions.In this study,some rules of momentum transfer of fluid velocity distribution and flow resistance are deduced basing on Navier-Stokes equations.This study will enrich teaching contents of transport principle.
