摘要
化工工艺学是化学工程与工艺专业的核心课程之一。随着MOOC的兴起,为了适应新时代的新要求,本课程进行了MOOC与线下翻转课堂相结合的教学模式探索。本文介绍了MOOC制作过程中教材与录制方式的选取、学时安排、翻转课堂的教学及考核方式,着重分析了互联网环境中这种新型教学模式的利弊,以期为新工科建设背景下化工专业课程的教与学提供新思路。
Chemical Technology is one of the core courses in the field of chemical engineering and technology.With the rise of MOOC,in order to adapt to the new requirements of the new era,the teaching mode of combining MOOC and offline flip-style classrooms is explored in the course of Chemical Technology.This paper introduces the selection of teaching materials and recording methods during the MOOC production process,the arrangement of time,the teaching of flipping classrooms and the assessment methods.Focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of this new teaching model in the Internet environment,based on the building a new engineering discipline,new ideas are provided for the teaching and learning of chemical engineering courses.
