秸秆生物质能综合利用评价方案指标体系研究——以徐州市为例

Study on Index System of Evaluation Scheme for Comprehensive Utilization of Straw Biomass Energy——A Case Study of Xuzhou City

为了避免徐州市秸秆生物质能项目的盲目发展,需要对秸秆资源进行评估和全面规划。本文利用层次分析法对徐州市秸秆生物质能的利用方案进行综合指标评价,得到各层次的排序,得出徐州市在未来几年应该重点发展秸秆发电和秸秆还田项目;最后根据徐州市秸秆生物质能利用方案的评价结果,从政策扶持、技术研发和统筹规划三个方面提出了秸秆生物质能综合利用的措施建议。

In order to avoid the blind development of the straw biomass energy project in Xuzhou, it is necessary to evaluate and plan the straw resources comprehensively. This paper evaluates the utilization schemes of straw biomass energy in Xuzhou by the analytic hierarchy process, and gets the ranking of different levels. It concludes that the development of straw power generation and straw returning projects should be emphasized in Xuzhou city. Finally, according to the evaluation results of the utilization schemes of straw biomass energy in Xuzhou city, from the policy support, to the project of straw power generation and straw returning to the field. The measures and suggestions for comprehensive utilization of straw biomass energy were put forward from three aspects of technology research, development and overall planning.
