摘要 通过ANSYS软件建立变截面密封圈的三维有限元接触分析模型,研究了密封圈的密封性能和几何参数对其密封性能的影响。结果表明:密封面润滑边界曲线处的接触压力最大,边界曲线处的接触压力远高于密封压力,密封圈具有良好的密封性能。润滑边界曲线的波幅、边界圆角对密封面接触压力有较大影响;波形数、截面角度对密封面接触压力影响不大。 Making use of ANSYS to establishe the seal ring’s three-dimensional finite element contact model was implemented. Investigating the seal ring’s sealing performance and the effects of geometric parameters on the sealing performance shows that,the maximum contact pressure of the sealing surface stays at the boundary curve of lubrication edge and it is much higher than sealing pressure and the variable cross-section elastic seal ring has the advantages of good sealing performance. The amplitude of lubrication boundary curve and boundary fillet have a great influence on the sealing surface contact pressure,and both wave number and section angle has little effect on the sealing surface’s contact pressure.
