基于多相耦合的埋地管道外爆动力响应影响研究

摘要 建立了管道、内部流体与土体的多相耦合数值计算模型,对埋地管道外爆载荷和管道响应进行了计算,得到了管道内有无流体对爆炸冲击波和管道响应的影响情况。计算结果表明:管道外土体的爆炸压力小于管道内无流体时管道外土体的爆炸压力。充液管道径向变形峰值比空管径向变形峰值降低10%左右;充液管应力峰值比空管应力峰值降低4%左右;说明管内存在流体使得管道的抗变形能力增强。 A multi-phase coupled numerical calculation model of pipelines,internal fluids and soils was established to calculate the external explosion loads and pipeline response of the buried pipelines so as to obtain the fluids’response to the external explosion shock wave if the fluids exist in the pipeline.The calculation results show that,the explosion pressure of the soils outside the pipeline is less than that of the soils outside the pipeline without any fluid there;and the peak value of the radial deformation of the liquid-filled pipeline is reduced by about 10%compared with the peak value of the radial deformation of the empty pipe;the peak of the stress of the liquid-filled pipeline is reduced by about 4%compared with that of the empty pipe stress,this indicates that the fluid in the pipeline makes the deformation resistance of the pipeline stronger.
