摘要
采用基于对象的程序设计语言Visual Basic(VB)和有限元软件ANSYS开发了适用于旋转挤压脱水机承压结构强度和刚度计算的参数化分析设计软件,并以北京化工大学研发的新型旋转挤压脱水机为例,介绍软件自动建立有限元分析模型、自动进行应力分析、自动提取结果并完成强度和刚度校核的功能。
Making use of the object-oriented VB programming language and ANSYS software to develop the parametric analysis and design software for the strength pressure-bearing structure and stiffness calculation of the rotary press filter was implemented.Through taking the rotary press filter developed by BUCT as an example,the functions of the software were demonstrated,including auto-establishment of the finite element model,automatic stress analysis,auto-extraction of results and conducting strength and stiffness assessment.
