In this paper,analysis and design of propylene spherical tank made of Q370 R steel were briefly introduced,including its material selection,structure design,the determination of spherical shell’s stripe angle,hole reinforcement structure and raw material performance index,the preparation of technical conditions,the control of welding line energy and thickness and width of each layer of weld,as well as the overall stress analysis of the spherical tank.
