摘要
对单层与多层包扎筒体开孔接管进行了应力分析,考虑了层与层之间滑动无摩擦接触与有摩擦接触(摩擦系数0.15)两种情况,并对关键路径的薄膜应力、薄膜加弯曲应力以及计算时间进行了比较分析。结果表明,多层包扎结构筒体厚度方向的薄膜应力较小,不连续处的应力较大。在非疲劳条件下,对于高压厚壁容器,推荐使用多层包扎的结构。
In this article, the stress analysis for nozzle opening structure in single-layer and multi-layer cylinders was carried out. Two situations, one without friction and the other with friction between layers, were taken into account. The membrane stress and membrane plus bending stress in key routes and the times consumed in calculation were analyzed and compared. It was shown that the membrane stress along thickness in multi-layer bundled cylinder was relatively small, but the stress at discontinuous location is relatively large. Where there is no fatigue occurred and there is load only with high pressure, multi-layer bundled structure is recommended.
