摘要
研究了GB/T 25198—2010《压力容器封头》中关于锥形封头形式参数的计算,认为其中有不合理之处。同时重新推导整理了锥形封头容积、质量等形式参数的计算公式,并编制了Excel计算程序,可为带有锥形封头的设备设计和使用提供方便。
The shape parameters of conicalheads provided in GB/T 25198-2010 'Pressure VesselHeads' were studied. It was considered that there are inappropriate data in this standard. The formulas for calculating the volume and mass of conicalheads were deduced and arranged again, and then the Excelprogram was built, which willmake the design of conicalhead more convenient.
