摘要
某石化装置管道焊接施工过程中,发现一些304L材质法兰焊接后在法兰颈端部近焊缝处出现裂纹。针对这一案例,文章从法兰化学成分、金相组织、断口能谱、晶间腐蚀等方面进行了综合分析,最后找出了裂纹产生的原因。由于304L材质法兰在石化装置工程中应用广泛,因而分析其裂纹产生的原因有助于控制工程质量。
In the welding process for one piping in a petrochemicalplant, it was found there appeared cracks around the neck of the flange, which was made of 304 L, where was near weld. With this case, the comprehensive analysis for the flange was carried out from the aspects of chemicalcompositions, metallurgicalmicrostructure, energy spectrum at fracture section and inter-granular corrosion. The cause that the cracks appeared was finally found. The flanges made of 304 L are widely used in petrochemicalengineering, thus it is helpfulin controlling engineering quality to analyze and obtain the cause of producing cracks in flange.
