大直径平底负压容器优化设计

摘要 通过对大直径平底负压容器平底板的设计计算,平底板计算厚度很厚。通过分析,提出了对平底板采取加强措施,从而减薄平底板计算厚度的方法。该容器在实际生产过程中性能可靠、稳定,对类似设备设计具有借鉴意义。 For one large diameter external pressure vessel, itsflat bottom was calculated and designed. It was found that theflat bottom must be very thick. In this article, based on the analysis, one method of using strengthener on theflat bottom was presented, from which the thickness of the bottom can be reduced. Theflat bottom designed by using this method has been put used in practice, and its performance is reliable and stable. Thus the method presented herein has reference in equipment design.
