摘要 介绍了一种折流杆与单管程浮头结构相结合的气-气换热器的设计,阐述了折流杆换热器相对于普通换热器的优点,并结合工程实际案例描述了折流杆结构与单管程浮头结构相结合的结构特点及设计要点。并对气-气换热器从结构选型、材料的选择到各部件强度计算方法,进行了比较详细的介绍。此为广大工程技术人员今后遇到类似换热器设计时提供参考。 The design method for gas-gas heat exchanger with the structure combining rod-baffle and single-tube passfloating head was introduced in this article, including selection of structures, selection of material and calculation method for the strength of the parts. At the same times, the advantages of this kind of exchanger compared with other exchangers were stated. And combined with practical examples in engineering, the structural features of this exchanger and the key points in the design were expounded. What presented in this article can be referenced in the design of similar heat exchangers in future.
