摘要
通过对有限元方法基本数学原理及其收敛性等方面的介绍,说明了对该方法计算结果进行误差估计的数学方法。以筒体上法向接管结构为例,对压力、接管轴向力、接管弯矩等载荷下的有限元分析结果与解析解进行了对比和分析,在此基础上讨论了8节点和20节点两种六面体单元的适用性。最后,对运用有限元方法解决工程实际问题时应采取的正确步骤给出了建议。
With the introduction of the principle of finite element method and its convergence, in this paper, the mathematical method for evaluating the deviation of the results from finite element analysis was demonstrated. Exampled with the structure of cylindrical shell with one normal nozzle, the results from finite element analysis and theoretical method under 4 lording conditions–pressure, axial nozzle force and nozzle moments in two directions were analyzed and compared, based on which, the adaptabilities of 8 node element and 20 node element were discussed. Finally, the proposals for correct procedures in application of finite element analysis in engineering were presented.
